First Joyful Mystery, The Annunciation
Behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it done to me according to thy word!
Let us follow the example of Our Lady who in this very act of submission to the holy will of God, united with the Redemptive act of Christ Our Lord, repaired the sin of Eve.
